Gojong's Dad Dei Wangoon
Yi Miumbok was crowned as king in the autumn of 1864. He got a new king name, which is King Gojong of Cho-Zong. His father was titled the term that means grand internal prince. Dei Wangoon was very strongly Confucian and he was a capable and calculating leader. At this point, wife was chosen for him by his father - Queen Min.
