How Did We Get Here, Approaching the Tomb of Jesus?

Luke, chapter 24, verses one through six, tells the story of some of the disciples as they come and approach the tomb of jesus after he's been crucified. "Why do you seek the living among the dead? He is not here, but has risen," said two men standing by them in dazzling apparel. I can just imagine, as i closed, the disciples being in this weird space and looking at themselves and saying, how did we get here?"
