The Side Effects of Surgery
Most people don't realize this but surgery in general messes with your brain and for most people they're not as sharp after a general anesthetic or a major operation it definitely slows you down. The second thing I think it can do is cause some psychiatric disturbances and it can cause all sorts of things. There's one fascinating bit in the book as well also about this bizarre side effect that happens occasionally as a result of surgery where people throw themselves out of windows. It does happen yeah it's it isn't just my patience. Yeah and otherwise you drink red wine yes steak butter green it's good advice but I try not to get fat.
