Exercise is so powerful in terms ofi how it protects mood and boots mood, that most people who exercise regularly will shall withdrawa if they dont to work out. And you can induce depression and anxiety by a forcing exercises to not exercise - i don't some people might be like, all that. I think, i like food. If you deprive me of food, i'm going to get really depressed and cranky and less able to engage with life too. It's funny, in describe the sort of experience i had when i started cross fit because i hate every minute of being here but i keep coming back. Ye, there are moments in there?
