Coral reefs are one of the most diverse system on the planet. But they're so small in area, compared to the surface of the earth, is well under one%. So it's very fast a rates of production, but very fast rates of consumption. And if you do it right, which we rarely manage to do, you can cream off the top and eat it for food for people.
