Focusing on Conflict Is the Wrong Way to Go About Things
We don't want to start with conflict and emphasize conflict in part. We've tested that in a research study of ours. And the two day where we started with friendship first, was much more successful than just doing conflict alone. When you notice all the positive stuff, you start realizing that your partner really is appreciating ou a lot more than you thought. That's so powerful.
