David cameron can take quite a lit of credit in terms of er diversifying the tory party. A lot of these people came forward as a result of the changes he made when he was eader the opposition. So, you know, some of the politicians we're talking about here don't think that either race or gender is very important, or the most important thing about them. In a sense, margaret thatchery is one of the best examples of this ever. Riht, obviously, our first female prime minister, leader, of the conservative party, unbelievably early, from 19 75. But in no way does she really think that advancing women more widely is very important.
