The Origins of the Occult Ritual

I think that there's just, yeah, it's kind of like a cult thing happening, right? And then just happen to have people who can craft things. And that's what they did. They were trying to get closer to their beliefs and they ran with it and created some, probably some unsafe things. But we're kind of jumping into theories. Let's jump into the theory that this is an occult ritual... This was potentially ritualistic suicide in order to leave their physical forms behind and become an immortal spirit once again. That seems to fall in line with their belief in spiritism.
