What I'm a Big Believer in Is Customer Engagement
For every customer, i like to sit down and draw a value map that addresses their customers priority. I struggle with surveys because i think you should know what you want to know about your customer without them having to fill out five other questions. There should be no excuse to go back and ask a customer things that you could already see from their product usage. And to me, the anecdotes come from forms like the customer advicery board where you bring together people, a in o represent potativesad have them speak with each other and listen to what they are saying.
