The Sino-Indian Border Crisis
I think the Sino-Indian border crisis is going to remain persistent and frozen for a long time to come. I do not see that he senses an urgency to resolve the border problem with India. There's a cold-blooded calculation that China is only going to go stronger over the next decade or the next two decades. And so I don't expect the Chinese to make any efforts to resolve this border crisis, which means we are going to be faced with a long-term standoff on the Indian border. What is the US role in this?
