The Nature of Cultural Learning

Culture is driven genetic evolution. But the other way that culture affects our biology is by changing the environments in which we adapt on to genetically, so by not changing our genes. So it actually alters our brain even though it doesn't affect our genes. As you say we can change our biology without changing our genetic code and that culture interacts with biology in some of the ways you just including our neurobiology.
