Service Prototype - Is There a Need for Intelligence?
The service prototype we're looking at is, what if, on monitors at the arrival hall, you could see an expected time for when your baggage would arrive. The list that came back was no fewer than, i think, 80 to 90 people. So instead of actually having a data system, we just had someone looking at the plane with a stop wash and saying, hey, the bags are off. Or saying, at the next check point, hey,the bags are here. I love that prompter.
