How to Raise the Level of Human Happiness in Our Society

I think personally I think this is an overall propagation of hate in general more recently. Both political parties are capable of just uttering bald-faced lies to service their political interests both left and the right will just lie to your face if it thinks it advantages them politically. Democracy will always survive the truth but it cannot survive lies and the two political parties really have to start calling out these lies and being honest with the public or we're going to lose this. The anxiety that comes from watching our political leadership lie to us and be combated with each other is like seriously a mental health issue for this entire country yeah.
