How to Train Your Toes Downhill

When the toes are downhill I love that because you get to feel every joint of every toe. The arch uphill is in my opinion, probably the least needed of the four slant board positions. If you're a toes uphill you never want to bend your knees and that's a good exercise to teach people to lengthen their toes when the backside is extended. So it kind of continues that tension all the way down the backside to the toes.
