How Much Quality Sleep Do You Need?
CNN's John Sutter talks about why alcohol is so bad for recovery. He says if you're not getting enough sleep, try and get enough quality sleep 80% of the time. A lot of people need a nap in the early afternoon or late afternoon to reset their body temperature - that's normal. If you drink alcohol, you tend to screw up the first part of the night of sleep; physical repair doesn't happen as well.
