Post-Punum Encryption

NIS, the National Institutes of Standards and Technology is trying to converge on standards for post-ponum encryption. Lattice-based cryptography has been under development for about 20 years by now. It's not that we know that any of these codes are safe against quantum computers or classical computers. We don't even prove that P is not equal to n-p, right? So, you know, we can't mathematically prove that any of this stuff is secure. But I think people need to be pounding as hard as they can on the security of these new things."
