Duffey: I think it was just age and then accomplishing certain things and then you know reflecting and revisiting. A mentor of mine some good advice though to keep in mind is um it's in atomic habits but a mentor of mine really elaborated on it to help remind me, enjoy the process right like that's probably if I could go back I had all the right intentions... But what I failed to do and kind of my 20s and pursuing them was thinking that all the enjoyment would be at the end once I hit the particular salary.
