There's always all of interest in what's the best way to do your contraction. Now that you mentioned concentric and eccentric, so I'll just make sure, again, everyone's on the same page. Just focus on hypertrophy and then maybe strength a bit later on. So obviously naturally when you're doing weights, you're doing concentric eccentric. What's the research on that for hypertrophy? The research is somewhat conflicting.
