Will to Power or Will to Potency?

Durskarpellow asks if there would be an alternative wording for will to power or will to potency. I think elements of both have coalesced into something which has transcended both of them and that we are in a sort of technocratically managed, managerial society. And he says the most likely thing to happen is that everything just kind of goes to shit. But Nietzsche doesn't give us any prescriptions for how to like overcome this current ideology.
