The Importance of Data Deep Dive in the North Star Program
We used to have a lot of data and since the first part of the program is the data deep dive. The actual data request was already very insightful for us because we were not able to actually provide all the data that after strategies of the consultants wanted. So seeing like how many people are registering through which action where do subscriptions come from what about voluntary involuntary churn. That was kind of the core part of our North Star that be formulated within the whole program. We needed more especially to get the buy in from the newsroom.
