If you want to truly collaborate across disciplines, that takes time, right? And so it becomes really difficult when you try to match up schedules with someone who's working on three or four different things. So sort of inherent in this idea of having a balanced cross-functional team is that each of these people is fully dedicated to one product or project at a time.
