Is It Something That You've Learned as a Technical Writer?

I didn't expect to become such a different communicator because of that. My role has changed a lot over the last years. I used to be the one picking up any new framework and trying everything as much less time to do that lately. Much more work on the background and letting the teams and remember have the front end, the front path. They are very good and very happy with the team we've built so far. But yeah, I guess at some point that's part of the role to step back and let other people do what they are very good at.
