The Story of Cindy Handy

Cindy Handy was born in Seattle, Washington on February 6, 1969. By age 12 she had been kicked out of the family home by her stepfather. Struggled to make it on her own and became embroiled in a series of abusive relationships. She met David Parker Ray at Elephant Butte State Park where they began dating. The pair were arrested for Cynthia Veeel's abduction after an eight-month relationship. They soon discovered they both enjoyed inflicting pain and humiliation on others.
