Is Harm a Matter of Perception?
I know that you have a paper titled the mite harmless wrongs. And so there are lots of cases where it's very clear that someone hasn't directly caused harm to some one, but still, someone, i suppose, might make a moral judgment about that situation. Uh, so is your argument that even when we don't explicitly think about harm, or we're not directly perceiving harm, we are still implicitly considering that harm has occurred in some sense? Yeah, it's a great question. Yes, i think that harmless wrongs are a myth. But let's take a step back and and kind of cover what, you know, i mentioned let's not define morality,
