How to Overcome the Cold Start Problem on Twitter
I think one of the large issues with people who are getting started this cold start problem especially on platforms like Twitter is that they lose interest. What are the ways in which we can help newer and smaller accounts overcome that cold start problem get more visibility to their work sooner? Which should not underestimate the bigger accounts, I mean if you're doing good work the big accounts find you first and then from there it spreads to small accounts. It's also important to sort of encourage and incentivize that sort of moderation work that switchboard operation work that certain individuals are doing on social media.
