How to Save Time and Money With a PoE Smart Switch
You may be able to save yourself some time and money with a setup like this. But it's the kind of thing that you don't brag about. And I have a network closet with like five different injectors all plugged into a power strip, snaking out from there to the access points all over the house. So maybe once a week is enough. But if it's for hours and it's rebooting the device every 90 seconds, that can really be a problem. Is this a bit like having a network closet full of PoE injectors rather than having a proper PoE switch? Yeah, exactly.
