Become More Like Your Customers

Becoming more like your customers seems like jumping back to the a, the ability to come up with good ideas. I don't think anyone in an industry should look at the industry for inspiration. Like, i'm way ally im way out of context when i'm looking at this, or when i'm walking,. When i go to botanical garden or something, and i look at the leaves and the shapes and the colors  like that informs me on thinking about colorMore so than what is this other ap doing with color? That's how i look at tom, out of context to make some of these decisions for webap that i created once you came out with it.
