California's New Laws Make It Harder for People to Sell Stolen Catalytic Converters
Governor Gavin Newsom has signed two bills that are supposed to make it harder for people to sell stolen catalytic converters. The new laws will require recycling centers in town to keep databases of catalytic converter parts. "We're going to get to the root cause, at least one of the root causes of this crime," he says.
