The next Supreme Court nominee is expected to be Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. CNN's John Sutter says he doesn't see any difference between the two parties' nominees. He says both sides agree that government should be used as a blunt force tool in every situation. But they're against using it to solve other parties problems, which are real and exist for their own good, Sutter says.
