Fanny Farmer's Boston Cooking School Cook Book
The four farmer's boston cooking school cook book, later renamed the fanny farmer cook book. Recipes were typically structured as running text and you had to run your finger down them. But right at the top of Farmer's recipe sea title was an ingredients list followed by how many people it would serve. Anne willen included farmer in her book on the essential cook book writers who defined the way we eat.
