I was actually talking to somebody yesterday who they were partnering up with somebody on a multifamily deal and they told me that they were giving them 50% equity in the deal because they were underwriting it. I thought that was really... I mean, that person's also bringing capital raising as well. But at that time, I was kind of taking underwriting as analyzing the property, right? And that's really important what you just said, comping versus underwritingBecause comping, like if you're doing a single family residence, you're really just running numbers and there's not too much below the hood right past the inspection. You're basically auditing every single aspect of the property
