The NextUp Initiative at iHeart Podcasts

NextUp is a diversity initiative at iHeart Podcasts that aims to empower creators of all backgrounds. The NextUp program will span six months beginning January 2023 and will include a monthly stipend. Applicants selected will have the opportunity to work with and learn from some of iHeart's top creators and executives. You can find the NextUp application at iHeart.com.
