The Compacts F Free Association, or Kofas, Are a Pretty Big Deal for America
The north pacific countries of pula, the marshall islands and the federated states of micronesia have all signed something called the compacts f free association. These compacts are a pretty big deal for america. And to understand why, we actually need to brush up on some history.
