We're in the 20th Century, Pretending That It's Normal
Britain is remarkable because it gave rise, basely, to the world's first nationalism. But at the same time tied up with an empire that no longer exists and a set of feudal institutionsike like the crown. And yet, we're in the 20 first century, pretending that it's normal. It wasn't normal 200 years ago. It certainly isn't normal now. That contradiction really high lights that. The thing that angers me most, oin is... intellectual laziness. All of this is built on a pie.
