In this category of false confession as interviewe, an interviewe who is anxious, tired, confused and subjected to highly suggestive methods of interrogation, actually comes to believe that he or she has committed the crime. This may be due amnesia or alcohol induce memory problems, or cocella. The second explanation occurs when an interviewe is well aware that he/she did not commit the crime at the start of the interview but becomes doubtful when the interviewer skilfully manipulates the interviewe with questions.
