Netflix's Ad Tier Isn't Adding Any New Customers Yet
Early reports on the struggles of Netflix's ad tier were just way too hasty. The company stood up an ad tier in less than a year and actively shit all over it. If they can add 50 million people because of advertising, that's probably pretty good. Most of the people they are adding are in places where there's no ad tier.
