The Crisis of Epistemology

How did this story catch on like wildfire, and why? I think the first thing to notice is that we've lost, i think, in canada, whatto something like 200 newsrooms in the last ten years or so. Conventional, legacy news organizations are collapsing, and they're being replaced by ghos newspapers. The old model is broken. Reliance on advertising, the whole idea of journalism as a place where you can turn for objective reality to be found has gone. There is something very strange and new and different that is occupying all the places where the left used to be.
