So there is just so I don't get hit with a tax burden there is quarterly tax distributions kind of laid out at the you know top income bracket. It depends on cash flow of the business but they're likely not. They're not making up money. All that money is going back in to keep this thing growing and because their goal is in their end game is not cash flow their endgame is sell. You have no control over it the board could dictate to you that you do something against your what you believe to be wise business principles or unwise.
