In the first part of your conversation, we asked what are called connecting questions. Connecting questions take the focus off you and put it on your prospect. Now we then get into a phase called situation questions. Situation questions help you and your prospects, especially your prospect, find out what their real situation is. Then we move into problem awareness questions that help the prospect find out whattheir real problems are. That's when their emotions come out. We trigger like their emotional drivers, as I would say that was in seventh level. The next step is solution awareness questions to show them where they are compared to where they want to be.
