WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange is fighting extradition to the United States on a narrow hacking charge. The Justice Department has charged him with Espionage Act charges for his journalistic style actions, says CNN's John Defterios. He asks: Did the Justice Department take some other course to get around this issue or do they just not care? "We don't know whether that played a role," Defterios says.
