In the midst of establishing this new programme, er, there was a series of student protests. There was also a reali really intense drive to recruit more black students. The pressure to come up with a new way of doing things was almost immediate. And i had this ready made methodology that i knew instinctively would work here because it had worked for me 30 years or 25 years earlier. So that combination of a political opening up very young students and existing methodology and 25 years of thinking about these things can be a perfect storm in a different way.
