How to Diabetic Foot Wounds?

A patient comes to urgent care with a painful sore on her foot. She doesn't know whether it's an abscess, or just a simple streptococlcalitus. The difference is that usually they sleep at night, wake up in the morning with a red foot. A diabetic has eight wounds and one of them may not be well controlled.
