Learning to Listen to Failures and Listen to the Wins

Sally Kohn: "I often like to say my path found me and I think part of that is listening to the failures and listening to the wins" She says she didn't set out to be a speaker, but was exhausted from doing all of that in her corporate career. But when books come out you get asked to speak and you realize 'Oh gosh, okay, I'm going to have to learn to be a good speaker' And so listen to those lessons and take them in stride - even if it's just being robbed or having things go wrong with your business.
