Do You Set Goals for 2023?

Ingrid: I love creating content, and I do usually set goals, but for some reason I haven't yet this year. She has a personal YouTube channel, youtube.com slash Tim Schmoyer, which she's held for years and just never did anything with it. Ingrid doesn't really have any goals for it other than to make consistent weekly episodes on the podcasting side of her business.
