How to Train a Novice on Cognitive Task Analysis

When I talk about a procedure, it includes decision points. And an essential part of learning the procedure is understanding what they use medical terms. So if we can do a good job of moving people from novice to solid intermediate and prepare them with sort of a model on a decision tree that covers 80 to 90% of what they're most likely to encounter, then we think that that does a good job.
