The Angle of Vision: A History of War

He was trying to show how war evolved and different, but how it stays the same. He tried to take three iconic battles very close to each other. From one point he was trying to say what was it like to fight there? How dirty was it? What was it noisy? Were people screaming? Because if you do it from that angle then things start to make sense that you don't understand from the top-down version.
