A lot of ourer r organization is based in poland. And and that is very different culture to the scandinavian culture. So here were in scandinavia its a vry, flat hierarchy wher everyone is encouraged and will also make their opinion hurt. Whereas in poland it's not very flat. It's very hiarcical. And you're more er prone to do what your boss tells you and not necessarily question it or not necessarily speak up.
