How to Become a Teacher?
To become a teacher you usually have to go through like the similar process and in a way you're kind of fitting in into that process so like the way you guys are doing that synthesis is different. You're probably hiring people that are trying to do things in new ways but I guess the traditional system doesn't necessarily do that or maybe I'm wrong maybe they are in some cases. So this is also to be objective about it for our education system to change and for us to value standing out and not fitting in.
