The Importance of a Cara in Curriculum

A Cara should be building huge numbers of people with curriculum expertise. They just never have they've never been that organization and it's an incredible missed opportunity. A Cara is not the organization that says this is the best we are but builds consensus between different ideology use different thoughts and so on. I find it really worrying where they even present themselves as sort of almost like a hackless creature unable to do this because their job is just to control the criticism of different ideologues.
