In Buddhism, what's free in carnating is a densely packed nexus of causal interactions. And the other way to put it is like there are no non-relational properties. So yeah, I think that's a fascinating sort of very voidy counterintuitive position. How should we apply our sense of self when we're going about doing things? That's another tricky question.
